Thank you for selecting Cody Lodging Company for your lodging needs during your stay in the Cody/Yellowstone area. Here are some tips and instructions to make your arrival and stay more enjoyable.

1.  Check In: Check in and key pick-up is between the hours of 3:30 and 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, at the Cody Lodging Company office, 1102 Beck Avenue (corner of 11th Street and Beck Avenue). If arriving after 5:00 PM your information package with directions to your lodging will be in a metal box next to the front entrance of the Cody Lodging Company office.  On weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and on holidays your information package will be available at the same location after 3:30 PM.

2.  Cleaning and Additional Guest Fees:

            1 Bedrooms:  $25; 2-3 Bedrooms:  $50; 4 or more Bedrooms:  $75.  Some of our larger homes may be assessed a higher fee.

            $10 per person/per night + tax for additional guests above the "sleeping capacity" in any property.

             A $5.00 fee per key will  be assessed for any lost keys.      

3.  Cancellation:  Each cancellation affects our property owners significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. A 50% deposit by credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation. If a deposit is to be paid by check we must receive a check within seven days of booking. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. One-night bookings in any of the B&Bs require full payment.

In the event of a cancellation, we will retain 50% of your deposit. If notice is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will retain the entire deposit unless we rebook the property or there are extenuating circumstances.

4.  Linens:  Although we provide bed and bath linens, you may wish more. You may bring additional ones from home. An initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels will be provided; additional supplies are your responsibility. Please contact our office if you wish maid or housekeeping service. Additional fees will apply.

5.  Payment:  Final payment is required seven days prior to check-in.  An invoice plus receipt will be in your welcome/key packet.

For reservations made within seven days of arrival the credit card will be run for the full amount due.

If you are paying the balance by check, please stop by the office during office hours to pay your balance. Note: We ask that you let us know at least seven days prior to arrival day if the balance will be charged to a different credit card. Changes made after arrival will incur a $10.00 fee. Checkouts prior to scheduled date of departure will be charged 50% of the remaining days originally served. Exceptions may be allowed for emergencies.

6.  Non-smoking:  We provide a non-smoking atmosphere for our guests. A $200.00 recovery fee will be assessed for smoking anywhere inside the properties. You are welcome to smoke outside.

7.  Pets:  Pets are allowed in
some properties with prior approval and a signed pet liability form. A $75 non-refundable fee will apply. Please contact our office to inquire whether pets are permitted in the property you wish to reserve.

8.  Damage:  If there is any extensive property damage, theft, or excess cleaning (above and beyond normal cleaning) required after departure, you will be notified, and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

9.  Other:  If you have others in your party who will not arrive at the same time that you do, please notify them of these procedures.

10.  Our rental homes are privately owned. Their decor and furnishings reflect the owner's tastes. Changes cannot be made nor refunds granted for differences in preference. Please carefully review the home descriptions and photos before making your reservation.
