| Guest, Deposit, and Cancellation Policies
We offer our guests a non-smoking environment. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Please call about pets.
Check in 4:00 p.m. Check out 11:00 a.m.
A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to guarantee a reservation. One night bookings require full payment. Each cancellation affects our property owners significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation, we will retain 50% of your deposit. If notice is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will retain the entire deposit unless we rebook the property or there are extenuating circumstances. | |
