After a day of exploring Yellowstone Park or experiencing the western fun of Cody, imagine returning to a beautifully restored historic farm house in spectacular Wapiti Valley. The Montgomery house was built in the early 1900''s and is situated amongst gorgeous views next to Green Creek.

The house is nestled on 50 private acres and is minutes from the largest wilderness area in the lower 48 states. Boating and fishing on Bufffalo Bill Reservoir and the Shoshone River are right down the road, or you can go horseback riding by the hour, day, or week through the local dude ranches.

The house sleeps six and almost everything in it is new, including the beds. There are two bedrooms upstairs that share a half bath. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other, a queen size bed. Downstairs there is a convertible sofa that becomes a queen bed. Enjoy cooking in a modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker; or relax on the covered porch while grilling on the new gas grill. For your work or pleasure there is high speed wireless Internet and also a large flatscreen television with tons of channels via satellite. The house has complete laundry facilities to help you prepare for your next adventure.

Guest, Deposit, and Cancellation Policies

We offer our guests a non-smoking environment. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Please call about pets.

Check out 11:00 a.m.

A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to guarantee a reservation. One night bookings require full payment. Each cancellation affects our property owners significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation, we will retain 50% of your deposit. If notice is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will retain the entire deposit unless we rebook the property or there are extenuating circumstances.
