The McNeil Ranch Guest Property is a breath of fresh, clean air in an authentic ranch setting for your Western vacation experience. Located on the beautiful Southfork River, 30 minutes from downtown Cody, Wyoming, we offer seclusion and privacy surrounded by spectacular mountains and excellent trout fishing only steps from your cabin door. Among the cottonwoods and juniper, the river bottom are home to deer, fox, bald eagles and bear. The rustic log homestead buildings, original to the ranch, are a perfect back-drop for your personal photos. Spend hours hiking on National Forest and BLM land just minutes away.

The Ranch House is a fully furnished two bedroom, one bath guesthouse accommodating up to six people. Perfect for a family reunion, couples get-away or hunters base camp.

The Shanty is a separate private guest room for two, to be booked along with the Ranch House. A spacious fenced yard and porches provide the spot to relax and enjoy the view! Add $40 + tax per night or $240 + tax weekly.

Guest, Deposit, and Cancellation Policies

We offer our guests a non-smoking environment. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Please call about pets.

Check in between 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Check out 11:00 a.m.

A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to guarantee a reservation. One night bookings require full payment. Each cancellation affects our property owners significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation, we will retain 50% of your deposit. If notice is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will retain the entire deposit unless we rebook the property or there are extenuating circumstances.
