*This property does have an exterior ramp and large front door, but is not wheel chair accessible as the interior door frames have a smaller width.

Received a call thinking that maybe a pair of sandals left in the property were ours. They weren't, but I certainly appreciated the call.

Nice, quaint property. Decorations simple, but very nice. Loved the touches of wood. The shower was a piece of art within it self. Lovely home.

Nightly rate is based on an occupancy of 6. Additional guests will be charged an extra $10/night/guest.

Please note the following additional fees apply to every rental:

- A lodging tax is assessed for nightly/weekly reservations.
- A cleaning fee is charged based on the size of unit, and length of stay. 
- A $39 purchase of damage protection insurance will cover up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property, for nightly/weekly stays. You may decline this charge, but may be assessed a minimum $250 refundable deposit.
-A security deposit may be required for monthly stays.
